How will I know if I’m ready to enroll in a fitness program?
- Here at Balance, we make it a point to make all new clients go through an initial fitness assessment that serves as a baseline test to determine where you are with regards to your fitness level. If you are in doubt about engaging in strenuous activities, it is advised that you visit your physician, and get a medical clearance before hand.
How long does a workout last, and how often in a week should I train?
- Based on our existing programs, we follow the standards of the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) in periodization. All you need is about 45 minutes to an hour of training to achieve optimal results. We also suggest that you come in on a 3 times a week schedule to allow proper recovery so as to avoid over-training.
How soon will I start feeling and seeing results from the workout?
- We guarantee results after the first 2 weeks of training, provided you follow religiously the schedule given to you by your Lifestyle Coach. Here at Balance, it is our commitment to help clients reach their ultimate fitness goals.
